Mr. Nasser Alluhaidan is a seasoned Saudi executive with over 20 years of leadership in healthcare operations and governance. Currently, Chief GRC Officer at SMC Healthcare, He has driven operational excellence as COO in prominent Saudi healthcare institutions. A strategic leader, he holds a Master’s in Project Management and certifications in GRC, healthcare quality, and risk management.
Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Alkhorayyef currently serves as the Hospital Executive Director of SMC Hospital – King Abdullah Road.
Dr. Abdullah has over 25 years of medical experience and more than 15 years of administrative experience. Throughout his career, he has held several key positions, including Director of Medical Affairs, Head of the Department of Pediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care, Head of the Pediatric Pulmonology Department at King Abdullah Hospital – National Guard, and Program Director of Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship at Riyadh Military Hospital.
He holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from King Saud University, in addition to the Saudi and Arab Boards in Pediatrics. He also completed fellowships in Pediatric Pulmonology and Pediatric Vascular Diseases at the University of Calgary in Canada.
Mr. Khaled Al Qahtani is an experienced Saudi executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at SMC Healthcare, while also handling a key role as the Director of Operations at SMC - King Fahad Road. Throughout his career, Mr. Khaled Al Qahtani has consistently driven operational excellence across various prominent Saudi healthcare institutions. A strategically oriented leader, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management and Hospitalization, and international language and total quality management. He is an active member of significant internal committees within the organization.
Elissar Tawil Hamadeh is the Chief Supply Chain and Project Management Officer at SMC Healthcare. With extensive leadership experience in the healthcare sector, she has held key roles in managing supply chains and major projects. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's in Laboratory Sciences, and Dual Master's of Business Administation in Health Care Sector from prestigious institutions in Lebanon, and UK. She also holds a Diploma in Project Management. Elissar has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring high standards across supply chain and project delivery.
Kassem Baalbaki is the Chief Information Officer at SMC Healthcare , with over 20 years of experience in healthcare technology and information systems. He has led numerous digital transformation projects, including EMR, HIS, and enterprise integration systems, enhancing hospital efficiency and patient care. Known for his deep technical expertise and strategic leadership, Kassem plays a vital role in aligning IT innovation with the hospital’s growth and operational goals.
Saeed serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at SMC Healthcare, bringing over 29 years of extensive healthcare experience, including more than 20 years in senior nursing leadership roles both locally and internationally.
Renowned for his clinical excellence in critical care and his strategic vision in nursing leadership, Mr. Ahmad has been instrumental in aligning evidence-based nursing practices with the hospital’s broader objectives of operational excellence and sustainable growth. Working in close collaboration with SMC Healthcare nursing directors, he champions the advancement of nursing capabilities through innovation, continuous professional development, and the implementation of international best practices.
Mr. Ahmad holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Jordan, one of the region’s most prestigious academic institutions.
